We ship across Canada and US from our nearest processing facility to your location. Since your privacy is important to us, all orders are shipped in plain packages, without any mention of our product or company name. We utilize different shipping companies based on your location to ensure the most timely service.

Orders and payments received Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this cut off time, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

• Regular (2 to 6 business days): FREE for purchases $120+ OR $9.99 otherwise
• Priority (1 to 3 business days): $29.99
• COD Service: additional $9 fee for any order (included in total)

Additional Information 

While KratoMed does our best to ensure timely order processing, please allow for an additional two (2) business days to ship your order during high-volume times, such as during major sales or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please note: payment or tracking information may take up to one (1) business day to update online after your order has been shipped.

There may be occasions where delivery is delayed due to reasons outside of our control. Please contact us if your package is delayed so we can help find a solution.

At this time, we are unable to ship Kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Washington, D.C., San Diego, CA, and Sarasota County, FL.
